but before I say thank you, I'd like to apologise......

This page has been created for existing customers, and friends of existing customers, only. I must confess that unless you have dealt with me very recently, or have dealt with me personally some time in the past, there is a good chance that I have never contacted you to thank you for your business.

So please accept my humble apologies here and now. Without you I would not have a business.

Not only that, but I've also realised that I spend a lot of money each and every year on advertising campaigns to attract new customers, and spend too little time and effort developing relationships with you, the customer, who has been good enough to spend money with my business in the past.

I hope you will allow me to make up for it by giving you $200.

Unfortunately, I do have to limit the offer as valid only up until and including 30 June 2010. After that, we tend to get very busy building structures for people preparing for the summer season, and I fear that we would not be able to adequately service your requirements.

I also have to limit the number of existing customers and friends who can redeem the $200 Certificate to 250 maximum. Once we hit that number, I would have given away $50,000 in total, which I must confess is greater than my advertising budget would have been by a long way.
